  • We provide a full revision of our client’s résumés not only from comparing to the latest and high rated résumés templates out there but essentially through a process of conscious revisiting all their achievements, struggles and milestones in their professional careers. A journey of self discovery that will help you to properly acknowledge your accomplishments with the PARS method, evaluate your current skill level and technical knowledge, clarification of your professional and personal goals, anticipate future career movements and possibilities and career scenario planning.
  • Fully acknowledge your natural and automatic responses during interviews and design of a new style for you to grow into that will better support you in achieving the results you want.

Our integral career coach in Denver is Matheus Ferreira, who in the past 10 has been an entrepreneur himself. A business owner and a business partner in two consulting firms, in one of them for 7 years, and also one of the co-founders of a blended learning education start up where he was actively engaged in strategic planning, scenario design, services and products design and many other activities, using diverse methodologies that created a unique place for the company at the market place. He also worked as a headhunter back in 2003.
