Integral Executive Coaching
Customized program: goals and developmental priorities are set in accordance with client’s expectations, current professional challenges and demands of client’s organizational context

Design a new style to grow into: that will support client’s developmental goals and coaching topic

Two executive coaching program formats have proven to be most effective

24 h Integral Executive Coaching – usually hired directly by the coachee/client:
  • 10 sessions of 1h30 duration for each
  • 9 hours of designing for the client: planning for each session, acknowledgements, practice design, result and performance analysis and consolidation of client’s progress for the completion conversation
  • Client and Coach will usually attend bimonthly meetings
29 h Integral Executive Coaching – usually hired directly by the organization for the coachee/client:
  • 10 sessions of 1h30 duration for each
  • 2 meetings with the Coach, Coachee and his/her Leader:
  • At the beginning of the executive coaching program: to align expectations of the organization and coachee, to set competencies in need of development and other needs that must be addressed
  • At the completion of the executive coaching program: to provide feedback for the organization, presentation of the developed skills and achieved results
  • 11 hours of designing for the client: planning for each session, acknowledgements, practice design, result and performance analysis and consolidation of client’s progress for the completion conversation
  • Client and Coach will usually attend bimonthly meetings
This is a basic framework from which we will customize the coaching workload and frequency of meetings according to your needs. We have successfully designed short duration programs up to year round contracts.
